Donohue & Associates is pleased to announce that Steve Gress is the new Indianapolis Office Manager. In this role, Steve will lead day-to-day office management activities while continuing to contribute to our project successes in Indiana.
Steve is an accomplished senior wastewater engineer highly experienced in the planning, design, and implementation of water, wastewater, and wet weather facilities. Steve also has an exceptional understanding of the regulatory requirements relating to Indiana State Revolving Fund and combined sewer overflow compliance. Since 1990, he has provided instruction to over 800 engineers in hydraulics, hydrology, and water and wastewater treatment plant design.
“I look forward to working with Steve in his new role to expand Donohue’s reputation as the go-to firm for implementing the most challenging water, wastewater and storm water solutions in Indiana,” remarked Craig Brunner, Donohue President.
Steve has a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. A registered professional engineer in Indiana and Ohio, he is active in the Water Environment Federation, Indiana Water Environment Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Water Works Association, and ACEC Indiana. Steve has presented various wastewater topics for national and regional technical conferences and in 2016 was named “Engineer of the Year” by ACEC Indiana.
