Resident Construction Management Engineer - Chicago Area
Midwest-based Donohue & Associates, Inc., a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, is seeking a senior resident construction management engineer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10-15 years of construction management experience on water/wastewater projects with construction values ranging from $5M to $50M. The initial assignment will involve on-site construction management on two two-year wastewater treatment plant expansions in the southern Chicago suburbs totaling approximately $32 million. Project will involve supervision of junior construction observers/inspectors and coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, etc.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive construction observation, management/administration or related experience
Education: B.S. degree; engineering degree and PE registration preferred
Skills: Must have excellent communication, client, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices. Proficiency in MS Office and related software required.
